叶酸与胚胎停育的相关性研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 胚胎停育是产科的常见病、多发病,近年国内胚胎停止发育的发生率呈现递增的趋势,约占计划生育门诊病例的30%。胚胎发育是一个复杂的过程,在此期间孕妇缺乏叶酸会引起胚胎发育异常,而补充叶酸能预防胚胎发育异常的发生,因此叶酸在早期胚胎发育中起着重要的作用。明确叶酸的作用是孕前孕期保健的需要,也是预防胚胎停育的关键所在。本文结合叶酸在人体内的相关功能对叶酸在预防胚胎停止发育上的相关作用机制进行综述。 Embryo damage is a common and frequent disease of obstetrics. In recent years,the incidence of Embryo damage?showed a increasing trend,about 30% of cases in clinics. Embryonic development is a complicated process,in the meantime the pregnant lack of folic acid can cause pregnancy failure,and supply folic acid will prevent pregnancy failure,this suggest that folic acid play a key role in early embryonic development. Make clear about the related risk factors is necessary for care in pregnancy,is also the key factor in prevent pregnancy failure. In this article,we combined folic acid basic function with human to narrative the mechanism action in embryo damage.
