摘要
人力资本结构的调整是实现产业经济结构转型的关键。本文以全国31个地区为研究对象,采用偏离-份额法,分析了各地区的人力资本结构和竞争力的发展现状,并根据实证研究结论提出了相关建议。结果显示,劳动型人力资本呈下降趋势,严重抑制人力资本增长;技能型人力资本快速增长,有效促进人力资本增长;创新型人力资本飞速增长,对促进人力资本增长发挥着主导作用。
The adjustment of human capital structure is the key to achieve the transformation of industrial economy. In this paper, based on China's 31 regions as the research object, Shift-Share method is adopted to analyze the current situation of human capital structure and competitiveness in these regions. Moreover, according to the empirical research result, related recommendations have been proposed. The result shows that the trend of labor human capital declines and inhibits the growth of human capital, the number of skilled human capital increases and promotes the growth of human capital, as well as innovation human capital rapidly raises and plays a leading role in supporting the human capital growth.
