摘要
目的在医院信息系统的基础上,充分整合医院管理信息系统(HIS)、检验报告管理系统(LIS)、医学影像信息系统(PACS)存量信息,建立网络上报传染病系统,实现对传染病的及时准确上报。方法 2002年5月根据国家相关法规和对传染病的管理经验,医院依托现有医院管理信息系统,利用Oracle9i数据库、使用SQL/plus Developer应用工具和Power Builder前台开发语言等开发了目前的传染病网络上报系统,通过设置在医师工作站的电子传染病报告卡,方便医师24h及时上报传染病信息。结果电子报告卡有助于传染病的早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗,为疾病预防控制中心提供潜在的疫情信息;加强了医院传染病疫情报告和管理工作,使传染病疫情管理更加系统化、规范化和科学化。结论实现传染病的网络直报是信息时代医院发展的必然趋势,电子传染病报告卡系统是医疗质量控制系统之一,提高医务人员对传染病上报的积极性和认知水平,使报卡信息的准确性得到保证,通过信息系统对传染病疫情的实时监控,可以提高传染病管理工作的效率。
OBJECTIVE To establish an internet-based epidemic reporting system and make the reporting of infectious diseases prompt and accurate by integrating the hospital management information system(HIS),laboratory inspection system(LIS),and picture archiving and communication system(PACS)based on the hospital information system.METHODS The current network reporting system of infectious diseases was developed in May,2002 by complying with the relevant national laws and regulations,following the past experience of epidemic surveillance,relying on the existing hospital management information system,and using the Oracle9 idatabase,the SQL/plus Developer application tools and Power Builder.The doctors could conveniently and promptly report the epidemic information within 24 hours by setting the electronic epidemic reporting card system in the doctor's office.RESULTS The electronic reporting card contributed to the early discovery,early reporting,early isolation,and early treatment of epidemics and offer the center for disease control and prevention the potential epidemic information.It has intensified the reporting and management of the epidemics and made the management of epidemics systematic,standardized,and scientific.CONCLUSION It is an inevitable trend to achieve the network reporting of infectious diseases.The electronic epidemic reporting card system is one of the medical quality control systems,it can raise the initiative and awareness of reporting of epidemics of the health care workers and make sure that the accuracy of the reporting car information is guaranteed.The use of the information system for the real-time monitoring of epidemics can raise the efficiency of the management of infectious diseases.
