不同表面处理导丝轮对聚丙烯腈基碳纤维原丝性能的影响

The Influences of Different Surface Treatment of Godet Wheel on the Properties of Polyacrylonitrile Based Carbon Fiber Precursor

摘要 对比分析了表面喷砂、全陶瓷、表面镀陶瓷3种表面处理工艺导丝轮在使用过程中的性能变化及其对聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维原丝的影响。结果表明:镀陶瓷的导丝轮表面光洁度高,摩擦因数小,镀层耐磨损,适合在高纺速碳纤维原丝的生产中使用。 Three kinds of godet wheel with the surface treatment technology of surface sand blasting, ceram-ic, surface plating ceramic are introduced, its performance changes in the using and effectd on PAN basedcarbon fiber precursor are analyzed. The Results show that plated ceramics godet wheel has smooth surface,small friction coefficient, the coating is wear resistance, and is suitable for the production of high spinningspeed carbon fiber precursor.
