摘要
在差示扫描量热分析过程中,通过改变样品粒度及用量,考查了对聚丙烯切片热行为的影响。结果表明:样品粒度变大或样品用量增加会导致熔融峰顶温度升高,同时会使熔融焓有轻微变化。因此在仪器的灵敏度可满足的情况下,为得到切片真实结晶结构参数的有效方法是减少样品用量(例如5 mg以下)。
Based on the test process of differential scanning calorimetry, the influences of the size andamount of polypropylene chips on thermal behavior are researched. The results show that increasing thesample size or the sample amount will lead to the melting peak temperature increases, while melting enthal-py will have a slight variation. Therefore, in the case that the sensitivity of the instrument can be met for thetest's requirement, an effective way to get real crystal structure parameters of the chips is to reduce theamount of sample(for example 5 mg or less).
