锦纶6分纤母丝的染色性能与纺程吸湿的关系

摘要 为了找出影响锦纶6 FDY分纤母丝上染率和均染性的因素,通过在其它纺丝条件不变的情况下,只改变纺程湿度和上油方式,用原油上油、乳液上油和在乳液上油的同时进行纺丝甬道加湿3种方法生产锦纶6 FDY分纤母丝,并对所生产的样品进行染色。结果表明:纺丝甬道喷雾加湿的乳液上油锦纶6 FDY纺程吸水均匀,上染率高,均染性好;甬道无喷雾加湿的乳液上油锦纶6 FDY的均染性差;原油上油锦纶6 FDY的上染率低,均染性好。 In order to find out the influence factors of polyamide 6 FDY mother yarn's dye-uptake rate and dyeing evenness, the original spinning condition was kept and only changed humidity in spinning process and oiling way, three methods were used which contained crude oil method, emulsion oil method and emulsion oil with putting atomizing water into spinning channel. The results showed that polyamide 6 FDY by emulsion oil method with putting atomizing water into spinning channel had high dye-uptake, good dyeing evenness, the polyamide 6 FDY by emulsion oil method without putting atomizing water into spinning channel had poor dyeing evenness, the polyamide 6 FDY by crude oil method had low dye-uptake, good dyeing evenness.
