摘要 以山羊毛、涤纶、热熔纤维为原料,采用针刺-热轧等主要工艺,开发了面密度为150 g/m2、4种比例不同的黏合衬样品。测试了样品的厚度、透气性、强力、褶皱弹性、剥离强力、尺寸稳定性等。对照黏合衬的相关要求,探讨了山羊毛黏合衬布的可行性,认为山羊毛、涤纶、热熔纤维的质量比为60∶25∶15时,山羊毛黏合衬的各项性能较优,达到服用性能的要求,提升了山羊毛的使用价值。 Using goat hair, polyester and hot-melt fiber as raw materials, 150 g/m2, four kinds of differentproportion of fusible interlining products are produced by acupuncture- hot rolling process. The weight,thickness, strength, creasability, peeling strength, dimensional stability, etc of fusible interlinings are mea-sured. In this research, according to the relevant requirements of fusible interlining, the feasibility of goathair fusible interlining is discussed. It is showed that when the mass ratio of goat hair, polyester and hot-melt fiber is 60∶25∶15, the performance of the fusible interlining is the best, and it can meet the requi-ment of wearability, meanwhile the value of goat hair is promoted.
