粉煤灰制备洁净钢精炼渣工艺研究

摘要 将工业固体废弃物粉煤灰资源化利用,采用碱石灰联合烧结法,将粉煤灰中的氧化铝与其他成分分离,再进一步应用烧结晶化工艺制备高碱度精炼渣。生产的产品铝酸钙精炼渣为洁净钢生产工艺的高端冶金辅料,试制精炼轴承钢代替传统石灰脱硫工艺,脱除率提高到82.9%;同时可代替萤石造渣,减少氟污染;利用粉煤灰制备精炼渣大量节约了矾土资源,利于经济可持续发展。 Fly ash was a sort of industrial solid castoff which could be utilized again. Separating out alumina from the other elements by soda lime sintering method, A further preparation of high basicity refining slag by melting-crystallization method.Produced calcium aluminate refining slag is the high-end metallurgical materials in the process of clean steel, substitutes for the traditional desulphidation process by lime to refine bearing steel, the desorption rate will be increased to 82.9%. Simultaneously, it could replace fluorite for slag making to prevent fluoride pollution.Preparation refining slag by fly ash which saves huge bauxite recourses and benefits to economy sustainable development.
