石英砂岩矿浮选降铁试验研究

Study on Iron-reduction by Floation in Quartz Sandstone

对山东某地石英砂岩矿经"破碎—磨矿—磁选—分级"工艺处理后得到的分级沉砂进行浮选降铁研究,沉砂采用"反浮云母—反浮长石"两段浮选工艺处理后,Fe2O3含量由0.02%降到0.0052%,SiO2含量由98.61%提高到99.03%,Al2O3含量由0.65%降到0.15%,最终石英精砂可满足光伏太阳能玻璃用低铁石英砂的质量要求。

The study is focussd on iron-reduction by floation for a grading grit which is dealed by process of crushing-grindingmagnetic separation-classification. By adopting two-stage flotation process of ＂mica re-flotation-feldspar re-flotation＂, the Fe2O3 content reduced from 0.20% to 0.002 9%, the SiO2 content increased from 98.61% to 99.03%, the Al2O3 content increased from 0.65%to 0.15%, the final concentrate meets the quality requirements for photovoltaic solar glass with low-iron quartz sand.
