纺织工人高血压及动脉硬化眼底分析

AN ANALYSIS OF OCULAR FUNDUS CHANGE IN HYPERTENSION AND ARTERIOSCLEROSIS IN TEXTILE WORKERS

本文以职工查体为素材,从600例40岁以上纺织工人体检中发现高血压患者114例,占19%。在114例中有高血压眼底改变者89例,占78.07%。纺织工人职业与高血压的患病率及高血压和动脉硬化眼底改变之间无明显关系。高血压眼底改变与患者性别无关(P>0.05),但高血压患者的眼底改变随着血压的变化有显著性差异(P<0.05)。

This paper reports on 114 cases of hypertension that the author found during a health examination given to 600 textile workers. 89 of these cases had abnormal changes in the ocular fundus. The author finds no obvious relationship between the occupation of textile workers and the rate of hypertensives, the change in the ocular fundus and arteriosclerosis. Nor is there any relationship between sex and change in the ocular fundus andarteriosclerosis. But the authors finds that ocular fundus change is significantly linked to change in the blood pressure.
