摘要
本文介绍10例顽固性跟痛症行闭合钻孔术治疗。男7例,女3例。年龄48～65岁。左侧4例,右侧5例,双侧1例。病程最短6个月,最长2年,平均10个月。跟骨测压2.16～6.87kPa(16.17～51.47mmHg),正常1.68kPa(12.25mmHg)。随访8月至1年半,优6例,良3例,差1例。介绍了闭合钻孔术方法,讨论了发病机理、手术适应征、术后注意事项及辅助治疗。
Ten cases of the refractory painful heel treated with drilling of the os-calcis are reported. There were 7 males, 3 famales, aged 48～65 years. In this group 4 cases were found in the left, 5 in the right and 1in both sides. The history was 2 months to 2 years (average 10 months).The pressure measured was 2.16～6.87kPa (16.17～51.47mmHg). All cases were followed up from 8 to 18 months, the results were good in 6, betterin 3 and bad in one case. In the paper, the method of drilling of the oscalcis is presented and the mechanism of the onset, the indication of surgery, the notice and the adjuvant management are discussed.
