棉酚对小鼠骨骼肌乙酰胆碱酯酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶和钾的影响

摘要 采用器官培养方法,观察了甲酸棉酚及醋酸棉酚对小鼠下肢肌肉乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)及钾含量的影响。结果示棉酚不能引起钾含量的改变,却引起SDH及AchE的改变。 The present study was undertaken by means of organ culture to observethe effect of formic gossypol and acetic gossypol on the activities ofacetylcholinesterase and succinic dehydrogenase and on the amount ofkaliurn in the lower limb muscle of the mouse. It was shown that theactivities of SDH and AchE were changed by the gossypol, but the amountsof kalium showed no obvious change.
