光子嫩肤结合维生素C离子导入对黄褐斑临床疗效 被引量:6

CLINICAL EFFECT OF PHOTOREJUVENATION COMBINED WITH VITAMIN C IONTOPHORESIS IN TREATMENT OF CHLOASMA

摘要 目的探讨光子嫩肤结合维生素C离子导入治疗黄褐斑的效果。方法选取黄褐斑病人120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例。两组病人均给予常规药物治疗,维生素E软膏涂抹患处,维生素E胶囊口服,持续3~4个月。在此基础上,对照组予以光子嫩肤技术治疗,每3周治疗1次,共治疗4次;观察组光子嫩肤治疗同时结合维生素C离子导入治疗。两组分别于治疗前及治疗1、2、3个月进行损伤面积、色泽均一性、皮肤颜色以及黄褐斑面积与严重程度(MASI)评分,并比较两组治疗效果以及不良反应情况。结果治疗前,两组损伤面积、色泽均一性、颜色、MASI评分比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。对照组和观察组治疗后1、2、3个月的损伤面积、色泽均一性、颜色、MASI评分与治疗前比较差异均有显著性(F=4.913~6.035,P<0.05)。两组治疗后1、2、3个月的损伤面积、色泽均一性、颜色、MASI评分比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.033~7.457,P<0.05)。两组治疗后1、2、3个月面上部型、面下部型、蝶型、泛发型等有效率组内比较,差异均有显著性(χ2=4.711~6.425,P<0.05)。两组间治疗后1、2、3个月的面上部型、蝶型、泛发型等有效率比较,差异有显著性(χ2=5.541~6.725,P<0.05),面下部型有效率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论光子嫩肤技术结合维生素C离子导入治疗黄褐斑疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of photorejuvenation combined with vitamin C iontophoresis in the treatment of chloasma.Methods A total of 120patients with chloasma were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60patients in each group.Both groups were given conventional medication with external application of vitamin E ointment on the affected part and oral administration of vitamin E capsules for 3-4months;in addition,the patients in the control group were given photorejuvenation once every three weeks for four times in total,and those in the observation group were given photorejuvenation combined with vitamin C iontophoresis.Damaged area,skin color uniformity,skin color,and Melasma Area and Severity Index(MASI)score were evaluated before treatment and at months 1,2,and 3of treatment,and treatment outcome and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in damaged area,skin color uniformity,skin color,and MASI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).At months 1,2,and 3of treatment,both groups had significant changes in damaged area,skin color uniformity,skin color,and MASI score(F=4.913-6.035,P<0.05),and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups(t=6.033-7.457,P<0.05).At 1,2,and 3months,both groups had significant changes in the response rates of upper-face type,lower-face type,butterfly type,and multiple type chloasma(χ2=4.711-6.425,P<0.05);there were significant differences between the two groups in the response rates of upper-face type,butterfly type,and multiple type chloasma(χ2=5.541-6.725,P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the response rate of lower-face type chloasma(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence rates of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Photorejuvenation combined with vitamin C iontophoresis has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of chloasma and thus holds promise for clinical application.
