摘要
目的探讨一站式640层容积CT检查胡桃夹综合征(NCS)的最佳血管成像扫描时间及左肾静脉(LRV)受压程度与左肾血流灌注变化的关系。方法对16例NCS患者(NCS组)行三期血管成像,显示与测量LRV受压处,与对照组的左、右肾皮质的灌注值进行比较,并分析LRV狭窄程度与左肾皮质灌注值的关系。结果对比剂注射速率5ml/s时,LRV强化峰值时间为25.60s。对照组左、右肾皮质灌注值差异无统计学意义(t=0.43,P>0.05)。NCS组左肾皮质的灌注值低于右侧,差异有统计学意义(t=4.10,P<0.01);LRV狭窄程度与左肾皮质灌注值呈正相关(r=0.67,P<0.01)。结论 LRV强化峰值时间可作为NCS血管成像最佳的扫描延迟时间。
Objective To explore the best scan time of one-station examination for nutcracker syndrome using 640-slice volume CT,and the correlation between left renal homodynamic change and different compressions of left renal vein(LRV).Methods Sixteen patients with nutcracker syndrome underwent one station 640-slice volume CT examination.LRV were demonstrated and measured by CTA.The differences of perfusion values between right and left renal cortex in NCS group and control group were evaluated,and the correlation among left renal homodynamic change and different compressions of LRV were evaluated.Results With the contrast medium injection rate of 5ml/s,the peak time of LRV was25.60ml/s.There was no difference between right and left renal cortex in control group(t=0.43,P〈0.05),while there was significant difference between left and right renal cortex in NCS group(t=4.10,P〈0.01).The correlation between left renal homodynamic change and different compressions of LRV was positive(r=0.67,P〈0.01).Conclusion The peak time of LRV can be as the best scan time for CTA in patients with nutcracker syndrome.
