摘要 飞机产品的设计过程中要大量使用标准件。借助CATIA二次开发及多条件模糊查询技术,主要从装配基体特征信息提取和装配基体特征与标准件分件号的匹配两个方面对标准件批量虚拟装配技术进行阐述,通过深入研究标准件装配设计过程,开发了一个有效、可靠的标准件批量虚拟装配辅助系统。以螺栓的批量虚拟装配为实例,实现了标准件的自动装配以及同一零件号标准件的批量装配,极大地提高了标准件装配设计的效率。 In the process of aircraft product design, a large quantity of standard parts are essentially used. On the secondary devel- opment of CATIA and multiple fuzzy query technology conditions, carried on the elaboration for the assembly of substrate batch virtual assembly functions from two aspects, the information extracting from the base feature of standard parts, and the matching feature of standard parts and assembly matrix. By means of the study of standard parts assembly design process deeply, provided an effective and reliable virtual assembly system for standard parts. Based on the study of batch virtual assembly instance of bolt, realized the virtual assembly of standard parts of the same part number and batch assembly of standard parts, and improved the design efficiency of standard parts assembly.
