摘要
以汽车复合制动气室驻车制动腔内的储能弹簧作为研究对象,介绍了驻车制动腔的结构组成和制动过程。通过分析复合制动气室的工作原理,提出了引起驻车制动失效的螺旋压缩储能弹簧的失效判断方法。利用气阀综合试验台测得的弹簧工作载荷和推杆行程的数据对失效判断方法加以验证。试验验证结果表明,该判断方法能够判别储能弹簧是否失效。
Set energy storage spring of parking brake cavity, part of automobile composite brake chamber, as the research object, described the construction of the parking brake cavity and brake process. Next ,the parking brake failure model of energy storage spring was established by analyzing the working principle of composite brake chamber. Finally, the data of working load and the push rod stroke measured by comprehensive test-bed valve was used to validate the failure model above, The experimental result shows that the failure model can distinguish whether the energy storage spring is faulted.
