海洋科技进步对区域海洋经济增长贡献率测度研究

Study of Contribution of Marine Technological Progress to Regional Marine Economic Growth

在对海洋科技进步与海洋经济增长的测度方法进行综述的基础上,选取沿海地区十一省(市)2001-2011的面板数据,运用C-D生产函数和索洛余值法,测算了海洋科技进步、海洋资本投入、海洋劳动投入对沿海地区十一省(市)海洋经济增长的贡献率,并对测算结果进行了分析与评价。

On the basis of marine science and technology progress and economic growth of marine measurement methods,the paper selected 11 coastal provinces（municipalities）2001-2011 panel data,using C-D production function and Solow＇s residual method,and estimates the sea science and technology progress,marine capital input,labor input in 11provinces（municipalities）sea coastal region,the contribution rates of economic growth,and the measuring results are analyzed and evaluation.
