新型枝桠切碎机刀辊设计与分析

摘要 传统的枝桠切碎的切碎装置体积较大、刀具易磨损、冲击大。本文基于传统的切碎装置的不足,设计了一种减小切碎装置体积、减少冲击和磨损的渐开线式刀弧的刀盘。其渐开线式的刀弧可使切割后的枝桠不与刀弧相接触,减少冲击和磨损。整个刀辊装置由6个渐开线刀盘错位拼接而成,可减少刀刃所受应力,延长使用寿命。 Traditional branches chopper device has large volume, and their cutting tools easily wear and have big impacts. Based on the shortcomings of traditional cutter, the paper puts forward an involute arc type knife plate which can reduce the device volume, reduce the impact and abrasion. The arc can avoid the contact between knife and branches after cutting, in order to reduce impact and abrasion. The knife roller device is composed of a mismatching patchwork of six involute knives, which can reduce the pressure on the blade, and prolong its service life.
