生活图标在重症患者中的制作及应用

Manufacture and application of life icon in critical patients

目的探讨生活图标对提高重症患者护理质量的重要意义。方法 240例患者,随机分成主动式提问组、肢体语言组和生活图标组,各80例。分别采用主动式提问、肢体语言和生活图标3种方法进行试验。通过医护人员与每位患者交流所花费的时间以及所达到的效果,进行总体评价。结果三组交流所花费的平均时间分别为300、126、33 s,生活图标组优于主动式提问组和肢体语言组(P<0.05)。结论通过正确应用沟通技巧,改善了医患关系,减少了医疗纠纷,提高了护理质量。

Objective To investigate important significance by life icon for improving quality of nursing in critical patients. Methods A total of 240 patients were randomly divided into active question group, body language group and life icon group, with 80 cases in each group. Experiments were made by active question, body language group and life icon. Overall evaluation was made on time and effect of nurse-patient communication. Results Average communication time in the three groups were respectively 300, 126, and 33 s, and the life icon group had better time than the active question group and the body language group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Correct application of communication method can improve doctor-patient relationship, reduce medical dispute, and improve quality of nursing.
