2014届全国大学毕业生求职行为调查报告被引量：3

摘要通过对2014届全国范围内大学生求职动机、求职渠道、求职周期、求职成本和求职过程等五个维度进行调查研究,并结合性别、学历、高校类型等相关因素的分析发现:"薪酬待遇"和"工作稳定"是大学生最核心的求职价值观,高校依然是大学生落实就业岗位的主渠道,而求职信息的质量和准确性是大学生在获取就业信息时的核心关注因素,大学生普遍求职周期较短、求职花费较少,大学生在简历投递、参加面试和取得签约机会上各具特色。
