综合护理配合盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗重症癌痛患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of comprehensive nursing combined with morphine hydrochloride sustained-releasetablets in the treatment of severe cancerous pain

目的研究对重症癌痛患者采取综合护理联合盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年1月至2014年1月60例肺部癌症患者为研究对象，以收治时间顺序分为观察组与对照组，均为30例，两组同时接受盐酸吗啡缓释片进行药物镇痛。对照组接受常规护理，观察组采取综合护理干预措施，比较两组患者用药依从性及药物镇痛效果。结果观察组疼痛反馈、按时按量用药患者率显著高于对照组，且组内患者对药物副作用耐受力更强，83．3％的患者可接受药物副作用，显著高于对照组（50．0％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组有效镇痛率为76．7％，显著高于对照组（46．7％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论综合护理配合盐酸吗啡缓释片可显著提高重症癌症患者的治疗依从性，缓解其疼痛症状，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing combined with morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of severe cancerous pain. Methods 60 patients with lung cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and divide into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. All patients took morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for pain relief treatment. Control group received routine nursing, while observation group received comprehensive nursing. The medication compliance and pain relief effect between two groups were compared. Results The rate of pain feedback, on-time and full dose in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group. The drug tolerance rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （83.3% vs.50.0%, P〈0.05）. The effective pain relief rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （76.7% vs.46.7%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets can significantly improve treatment compliance of patients with severe cancerous pain, relieve pain, worthy of clinical application.
