我国远洋渔业现状与发展思考

Current status and the development thinking of ocean fishery in China

目前我国远洋渔业已成为世界重要的远洋渔业大国,渔业总产量和捕捞规模均居世界首位。但应注意到我国远洋渔业仍然未能摆脱大而不强的窘境,远洋装备和捕捞勘探等技术水平、船员教育水平、经营管理水平等方面与各远洋渔业强国尚有一定差距。为此,本文梳理了我国远洋渔业发展历程、近期发展面临的瓶颈和问题,结合了国内外远洋渔业的现实情况和特点,提出了一系列的发展对策和建议,重新审视我国远洋渔业的产业升级与可持续发展的途径。

Now, China has become an important oceanic fishery country in the world, while the total yield of fishery and fishing scale ranks first in the world. But we should also notice that the pelagic fishery of China is still unable to shake off the dilemma of big but not strong. Ocean fishing equipment and exploration technique level, level of education, crew management level and other aspects of the pelagic fishery power there is a certain gap. Therefore, this article reorganized the development course, problems and bottlenecks of Chinese ocean fishery development faced in recent years, combined with current situation and characteristics of domestic and international ocean fishery development, and then put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions to re-examine the pelagic fishery of China＇s industrial upgrading and sustainable development.
