摘要
采用DIKMA Diamonsil C18柱色谱柱,以V(1%三乙胺溶液(磷酸调节至p H 3.5))∶V(乙腈)=65∶35为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温35℃,进样量10μL,检测波长为230 nm,建立了HPLC测定盐酸鲁拉西酮片中盐酸鲁拉西酮含量的方法。该方法对于盐酸鲁拉西酮检测浓度在0.15~0.45 mg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为99.51%(RSD=0.59%)。此方法简便、结果准确,可用于盐酸鲁拉西酮片中有效成分的含量测定。
To establish HPLC method to determine the content of lurasidione hydrochloride tables. DIKMA Diamonsil C18( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) as analysis column and 1% triethylamine buffer solution( p H 3. 5)-acetonitrile( 65∶ 35) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 m L / min and the detection wavelength was 230 nm,the column temperature was 35 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μL. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 15 ~ 0. 45 mg / m L for lurasidione hydrochloride( r =0. 999 5). The average recovery was 99. 51%( RSD = 0. 59%). The method appeared to be simple,quick and specific.
