摘要
通过介绍蚕丝蛋白水凝胶的制备方法、凝胶成型机制、改性处理、力学性能以及快速凝胶成型方法,结合课题组对蚕丝蛋白水凝胶在三维生物打印过程中的快速凝胶成型机制的研究,系统地分析了各种蚕丝蛋白水凝胶制备方法的优劣和修饰改性的目的,同时详细地阐明了其凝胶成型机制和快速凝胶成型方法,经紫外光固化的蚕丝蛋白凝胶体系的成型较好、速度快且结构稳定,为进一步研制高质量的蚕丝蛋白水凝胶及其推动其产业化提供参考。
Preparation,mechanism of gelatin,modification treatment,mechanical properties and rapid prototyping of the silk fibroin hydrogel,and research of 3-D bioprinted silk fibroin hydrogels in our group are introduced in this paper. The aim is to systematically analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the various preparations and the purpose of the modification of silk fibroin hydrogels,and explain the mechanism of gelatin and rapid prototyping of silk fibroin hydrogels. The UV cured silk fibroin hydrogels are good in formation,fast in speed,and stable in structure. The paper provides a reference for preparation of the high quality silk fibroin hydrogels and the further development of industrialized production of silk fibroin hydrogel.
