摘要
在分析电话机面板产品特点的基础上,采用Pro/E对产品进行三维造型、成型工艺分析及塑模设计。运用MPA软件进行塑性流动分析,确定了模具的浇口最佳位置和数量,解决了浇注系统的布局问题。由于后期安装的需要,电话机面板的四周分布有卡扣,为成型该部分,设置了斜滑块等侧抽芯结构。整个设计都在EMX模块里完成,不但优化了模具的设计结构,还提高了设计效率。
Based on the analysis of telephone panel product characteristics, industry characteristics, product's 3D modeling, plastic parts forming process analysis and mold design was processed by using PRO / E. By using MPA plastic flow analysis, the optimum position and number of mold gate were determined.The problem of the layout of gating system can also be solved. Due to the need of the late installation, there is buckle around the telephone panel , for forming the part, the side core pulling structure of inclined block was set .Whole design were in complete EMX module, not only to optimize the design of mould structure, but also to improve design efficiency.
