摘要 针对电力电网行业对中压用绝缘材料的性能要求,考察了吸水性对尼龙66(PA66)电气性能的影响情况。将PA66样品在不同条件下进行吸水处理后,分别对材料进行了介电强度、介电常数、介电损耗、电阻率等进行测试,获得了吸水率对PA66电气性能影响的规律。结果表明,PA66的电气性能随着吸水率的增加而相应降低,但仍保持一定的绝缘能力,该结果将为PA等热塑性材料替代传统高性能环氧树脂绝缘材料、实现电力绝缘材料的环保化提供依据。 According to the essential requirements on the meidum-voltage insulation materials used in the power industry, the various standard and experimental moisture conditioning methods on electrical performance of nylon 66(PA66) such as dielectric strength, dielectric constant, dielectric loss and volume resistivity were studied. The effect of water absorption on the electrical properties of PA66 was obtained. The results show that electrical performance of PA66 decreases with the increase of water absorption,, but still maintains a certain insulation capability. This results show that traditional epoxy resin insulation materials can be replaced by PA, which can provide reference for the environmental protection of electric insulation material.
