摘要
介绍了双峰聚乙烯淤浆进料催化剂(BCS)的制备工艺。对BCS催化剂制备过程中母液组分和析出成型工艺进行了详细地研究,考察了母液组成、析出剂、气相SiO2和环醚类给电子体以及卤代烷烃等关键因素对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,采用MgCl2、Mg(OR)2和钛酸酯类化合物组成催化剂母液,加入适量的气相SiO2和环醚类给电子体,采用氯化烷基铝为析出剂,在卤代烷烃的存在下析出成型,能够得到颗粒形态和聚合动力学性能最优的BCS催化剂。
The develop of slurry feed catalyst for producing bimodal polyethyleneed(BCS) was introduced. The precursor solution composition and precipitation process during the preparation of BCS catalyst were investigated in detail. The influence of key factors such as precursor solution composition, precipitation agent, fumed silica, the cyclic ether electron donor and halogenated hydrocarbons on the performance of the catalyst was studied. The results show that by using MgCl2, Mg(OR)2 and titanate compound to prepare catalyst precursor solution, adding appropriate amount of fumed silica and cyclic ethers and using alkyl aluminum chloride as precipitation agent in the presence of halogenated alkane, the best catalyst with excellent particle morphology and polymerization kinetic performance will be got.
