摘要
主要介绍聚氨酯反应注射成型技术特点,并对几种不同的类型的聚氨酯反应注射成型技术进行介绍(包括增强反应注射成型工艺、结构反应注射成型工艺、长玻璃纤维增强聚氨酯反应注射成型工艺、聚氨酯反应注射成型互穿聚合物网络技术),并介绍了反应注射型聚氨酯材料在汽车工业轻量化方面中的应用发展。
The characteristics of polyurethane reaction injection molding technology was mainly introduced.Several different types of polyurethane injection molding techniques were introduced from aspects of reinforced reaction injection molding, structural reaction injection molding process, reaction injection molding process of long glass fiber reinforced polyurethane, reaction injection molding process of interpenetrating polymer network reinforced polyurethane technology. Application and development of reaction injection molding polyurethane material in light weight of automobile industry were introduced.
