中德两国职业教育法的内容比较及启示

从微观视角对中德两国职业教育法的具体内容进行比较研究。主要从职业教育目标、职业教育主体、职业教育管理、职业教育体系、职业教育监督、职业教育保障等维度进行分类分析。从中获得的启示，职业教育立法要有针对性、可操作性、明确企业行业等主体的权责利、统一管理部门的职责权限、构建一体化的职业教育培养培训体系、加强职业教育的执法监督、建立健全职业教育保障机制。

The paper makes a comparison of the contents of vocational education laws in China and Germany from the microcosmic perspective and analyzes their differences from the objective, the main body, the management, the system, the supervision and the guarantee of the vocational education. Based on the analysis, the author gains the enlightenment that the educational legislation will have the pertinence and the benefits, rights and liabilities will be clear-cut in schools and enterprises so as to establish a practical vocational education and training system in the guarantee of the law.
