“双师型”背景下的中等职业学校教师资格认定标准探究

摘要 职业教育教师资格要以“双师型”教师为基本内涵,所有从事职业教育的教师都应具有“双师型”教师素质。本文在参考《中等职业学校教师专业标准》的基础上,从“双师型”教师的应具备素质出发,分析中等职业学校教师资格标准实践与问题,并进一步提出完善中等职业院校教师认定标准的建议,以期推进中等职业学校“双师型”教师队伍的建设与优化。 It is required in vocational schools and colleges that all the teachers will have to become double-professionally- titled in the near future and the criteria to identify the teachers' qualification will be based on it. The paper, referring to "Professional Standard for Secondary Vocational School Teachers" , analyzes the application of the Standard in secondary vocational schools and proposes some suggestions to perfect the identifying criteria of the teachers' qualification.
