摘要
质量管理实践和创新管理是企业获取竞争优势的两种途径,但对于两者之间的关系一直存在争论.本文在国内外文献回顾的基础上探讨了质量管理柔性实践和硬性实践对企业创新绩效的影响,构建了组织学习对质量管理实践和企业创新绩效关系影响的中介模型,通过162家制造企业的数据检验相关假设.实证结果表明,质量管理柔性实践和硬性实践不仅对企业创新绩效有显著正向作用,而且两者的交互项显著影响企业创新绩效,两者匹配项的作用不显著.探索性学习在柔性实践与企业创新绩效关系间起着部分中介作用,利用性学习在硬性实践与企业创新绩效关系间起着完全中介作用.
Quality management practices( QMP) and innovation management are two ways for companies to get competitive advantage. There's been a debate about the relationship between these two factors. The influence of soft QMP and hard QMP on innovation performance was analyzed based on literature review. It aimed to extend understanding of the impact of QMP on innovation performance by investigating the mediating effect of organizational learning on this relationship. A proposed research model and the hypotheses were testified by using survey data from 162 manufacturing firms. The results indicate that not only soft QMP and hard QMP have direct positive impact on innovation performance,but also their interacting term has direct effect. Moreover,explorative learning has partial mediation effect between soft QMP and innovation performance,while exploitative learning has full mediation effect between hard QMP and innovation performance.
