科技型企业高管团队自反性、行为整合与企业创新绩效关系研究

Relationship Among TMT Reflexivity,Behavioral Integration and Innovation Performance in S&T Enterprises

构建了科技型企业高管团队自反性、行为整合与企业创新绩效关系研究模型,面向科技型企业高管团队通过问卷调查的方式搜集数据,以46个团队413份有效问卷为样本进行实证研究,结果表明:科技型企业高管团队自反性对科技型企业创新绩效具有显著正向影响;科技型企业高管团队行为整合中的开放沟通和团队合作对科技型企业的技术创新和管理创新均具有显著正向影响,而决策参与只对技术创新具有正向预测作用;科技型企业高管团队行为整合在科技型企业高管团队自反性和科技型企业创新绩效间具有部分中介作用.

It built a theoretical model for the relationship among TMT reflexivity,behavioral integration and innovation performance in ST enterprises based on the literature review,used the way of questionnaire survey to collect data toward TMT in ST enterprises,carried out an empirical study with the samples of 413 effective questionnaires from 46 teams. The results showed that TMT reflexivity has a significantly positive effect on innovation performance in ST enterprises; both open communication and team cooperation for TMT behavioral integration have significantly positive effects on technological innovation and management innovation in ST enterprises,while decision participation has only a positive effect on technological innovation; TMT behavioral integration has a partial mediating role between TMT reflexivity and innovation performance in ST enterprises.
