摘要
本文从特殊法人视角出发,在对激励机制的主客体进行界定的基础上,对国企高管现存的激励机制有效性进行分析,针对行政高管和职业高管两类群体的情况,从薪酬激励、控制权激励、政治激励、声誉激励四个方面研讨建立有效激励机制的具体内容。
This article defines the subjects and objects of motivation mechanism, and analyzes the effectiveness of motivation mechanism of senior managers in stateowned enterprises from a perspective of special legal corporations. According to administrative senior managers and professional senior managers, it explores how to form effective mechanism which includes of compensational motivation, control power motivation, political motivation and reputational motivation.
