中国创业型大学建设的实践与分析

An Analysis of Chinese Entrepreneurial University Practice

目前,我国创业型大学建设主要有五种模式:服务社会发展模式、学术创业模式、专业创业模式、创业教育模式和企业经营模式。我国不同模式的创业型大学建设的创业目标、创业动力、创业技术、组织形态、资源获取来源与方式等都各不相同。我国民办大学发展创业型大学,要增加创业技术复杂性;教学研究型大学发展创业型大学,要增加组织开放性;教学型大学发展创业型大学,既要增加组织开放性,又要提高创业技术的复杂性。

The current practice of Chinese entrepreneurial university has five modes： serving the community development model, academic entrepreneurship model, specialized subject entrepreneurship model, entrepreneurial education model and business operation model. The entrepreneurial objective, drive, technique, resource sources and acquisition methods, organizational forms of these five models of entrepreneurial university are varied. Private universities that develop entrepreneurial university need to upgrade of entrepreneurial technique. Teaching-research universities that develop entrepreneurial university need to increase the openness of organization. The teaching universities and vocational colleges that develop entrepreneurial university need to both increase the complexity of entrepreneurial technology and openness of organization.
