伴随着教育效率的提升和总量的快速增长,教育分化、断裂现象也日益明显。本文从资源的角度分析了过去几十年教育快速提升和分化的原因及其发生的必然性,提出了教育资源积聚的良性和恶性效应,并试从现代政策伦理功能实现的维度阐述公平实现和积聚消解的可能。

With the growth in educational efficiency and rapid expansion in its scale, poianzauon is now obvious and the gaps are widening. This article looks into the reasons and inevitability of the rapid growth and the polarization during the past decades from the aspect of resources, and lists the positive and negative effects of educational resource accumulation. It further tries to elaborate on the realization of fairness and possibility of accumulation from the perspective of the realization of modern policy ethics.
