摘要
将封闭式行星传动功率分流原理应用于风电减速器,可有效提高齿轮箱的扭矩质量比,减少风电机塔头的质量。因此,介绍了封闭式行星轮系的功率分流原理,分析了一种在国外已被成熟应用的功率分流式风电增速器,并展望了功率分流技术在大型风力发电机上的应用前景。
The principle of the closed planetary transmission power flow is applied to the wind power reducer, which can effectively improve the torque and mass ratio of the gear box, and reduce the quality of the wind turbine tower. Therefore, this paper introduces the closed planetary gear power split principle and analysis of a abroad has been mature application of power shunt type wind power growth, and application prospect of power distribution technology in large scale wind power generator is studied.
