miR-375在消化系统肿瘤中的表达及作用

Expression and role of miRNA-375 in digestive system tumors

摘要 微小RNA通过调节基因转录后水平的表达在生物学过程发挥重要作用.越来越多的研究发现miR-375在消化系肿瘤中普遍低表达,与肿瘤的发生有关.过表达的miR-375可通过抑制靶基因的表达起到抑制肿瘤生长、转移的作用. micmRNA (miRNA) plays an important role in biological processes via regulating gene expression in the level of posttranscription.Increasing number of studies reveal that miR-375 is downregulated in digestive system tumors, and is related to tumorigenesis.Overexpression of miR-375 can inhibit growth and metastasis of tumors through repressing the expression of target genes.
