摘要
粉末直接压片技术与其他片剂生产工艺相比,具有较明显的优势,如具有工艺简单、节能省时、生产成本低、产品质量稳定等特点,正越来越多地被各国制药企业所采用。但其对辅料的要求较高,如好的流动性、高的压缩成型性和稀释潜力等,粉末直接压片工艺的发展与直压辅料相辅相成。因此,本文就粉末直接压片技术及其直压辅料的发展历史、研究现状、应用和生产设备进行概述。
Compared to the other production technologies of tablets,direct powder compaction technique has remarkable advantages,such as simplicity,energy and time saving,low production cost and stable production quality,etc. It is increasingly used in pharmaceutical companies worldwide. However,this technique has relatively high requirements on excipients,such as good flowability,compressibility,and formability,as well as high dilution potential,etc. Developments of this technique and the excipients for it are complementary to each other. This review therefore aimed to summarize the development history,the research status,application,and production equipments of direct powder tableting technology and excipients.
