摘要
目的:研究牛蒡根水提物对2种勃起功能障碍的治疗作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:通过摘除大鼠双侧睾丸建立去势模型,研究高(20 g·kg-1)、中(10 g·kg-1)、低(5 g·kg-1)剂量组牛蒡根水提物对大鼠扑捉潜伏期、扑捉次数、勃起潜伏期和血清NO的影响;通过结扎大鼠双侧髂内动脉建立动脉性勃起功能障碍大鼠模型,研究高、中、低剂量组牛蒡根水提物对大鼠扑捉潜伏期、扑捉次数、勃起潜伏期、阴茎组织NO和阴茎血管内皮细胞数量的影响。结果:3个剂量组牛蒡根水提物能明显缩短去势大鼠的扑捉潜伏期和勃起潜伏期(P<0.01),增加其扑捉次数(P<0.01),高、中剂量组能提高其血清NO含量(P<0.05)。高、中、低剂量组的牛蒡根水提物能明显缩短动脉结扎大鼠的扑捉潜伏期和勃起潜伏期(P<0.01),增加其扑捉次数(P<0.01),高、中剂量组能提高其阴茎组织NO水平(P<0.05)并显著增加阴茎血管内皮细胞数量(P<0.01)。结论:牛蒡根水提物对勃起功能障碍具有一定的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与提高血清和阴茎组织NO含量有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of decoction of burdock root on erectile dysfunction in tow rat models. and the possible mechanisms. Methods: Rats were castrated by removing testicle,then administered with decoction of burdock root( 5,10 and 20 g·kg- 1). The effects on the latent period and number of their seizing of female rats as well as latent period of penis erection were assessed,and serum NO was measured. In addition,arterial erectile dysfunction( A-ED) was induced by ligating bilateral internal iliac arteries in rats,then 3 doses of decoction of burdock root were administered. Same indicators as above and accounts of endothelial cells were determined. Results: Decoction of burdock root at 3 doses significantly shortened the latent periods of seizing and penis erection in castrated rats( P〈0. 01),and increased the number of their seizing of female rats( P〈0. 01). The doses of 10 and 20 g·kg- 1increased serum NO level( P〈0. 05). Decoction of burdock root at 3 doses significantly shortened the latent periods of seizing and penis erection in A-ED rats( P〈0. 01),and increased the number of their seizing of female rats( P〈0. 01). The doses of 10 and 20 g·kg- 1increased NO level in penile tissue( P〈0. 05) and accounts of endothelial cells( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Decoction of burdock root is effective on erectile dysfunction,which may be related to elevation of NO levels in serum and penile tissue.
