摘要
PID控制器是一种广泛应用于工业生产过程的控制器。由于传统的PID参数整定耗时费力,且一些复杂系统存在一定的非线性和滞后性,使得PID参数整定有一定的难度。针对这一问题,提出了一种改进的PSO优化算法(IPSO),并将IPSO算法应用于海洋钻井平台电站柴油发电机组PID调速器的参数寻优中,以柴油发电机组转速偏差的ITAE指标作为该算法的目标函数。仿真结果显示了IPSO算法对PID参数整定的可行性。该算法改善了系统的动态特性,减小了系统振荡,提高了系统的响应速度。
PID controller is wildly used in industrial production process. As the traditional PID parameter tuning is time-consuming and laborious and some complex systems have nonlinearity or certain lag, which make it difficult to tune the PID parameters. Aimed at this problem, an improved PSO(IPSO) algorithm is presented and applied to optimize the PID parameter tuning of diesel generator speed governor in marine drilling platform power station. The ITAE criterion of diesel generator speed error is taken as the fitness function of the IPSO algorithm. The simulation results show that the PID parameters adjusted by the IPSO algorithm is practicable. The algorithm improves the dynamic characteristics of the system, decreases the system oscillation and increases system response speed.
