基于随机petri网的企业档案管理系统的建设与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对企业档案管理的业务流程,进行了档案管理系统的功能设计。给出了随机Petri网的模型精化方法,实现了对Petri网决策模型的精确和简化。提出利用随机Petri网对档案管理系统的主要功能进行建模与分析。档案管理系统的主要业务活动根据对象模型的不同进行了分解,并利用随机Petri网模型将分解的各个对象进行变迁连接。最后,基于随机Petri网进行了企业档案管理系统的建设。系统应用结果表明,所建立的随机Petri网模型实现了企业档案管理系统中物流和信息流的精确描述,在很大程度上支持了企业档案管理流程的动态建立和资源的优化配置。 In view of the business process of the enterprise archives management, the function design of archive-management system is carried out. The model refine methods of the stochastic petri net are given, which realized the accurate and simplification to the petri net decision model. It is proposed that the main functions of the archives management system can be modeled and analyzed by the stochastic petri net. The main business activities of the archives management system are decomposed according to the difference of object models, and each decomposition object is connected to transit making use of the stochastic petri net model. Finally, the enterprise archives management system is built based on the stochastic petri nets. Application results show that the established stochastic petri net model achieved the accurate description of enterprise logistics and information flow in file management system, and the dynamic creation of enterprise archives management as well as the optimal allocation of resources are enormously supported.
