人民武装警察的执法安全面临着非常严峻的形势，在执法过程中许多武警官兵的人身安全经常受到不同程度的侵害。从法律层面，阐释人民武装警察执法权益的内容，以及在履行职责的过程中武警官兵如何有效地保护其人身权、财产权等合法权益不受侵害；如何使得依法履行职责的行为得到认可和肯定，提出了有益的建议和保护途径。

In practice, the security of Armed Police law enforcement is facing a very serious situation. Personal safety of armed police officers and soldiers is often violated in enforce- ment process on different levels. For the legal purpose, it is a problem to be resolved on how to effectively protect the personal security, property rights and other legitimate rights and interests of PAPF on duty in the process of law enforcement. The paper discusses the content of the law-enforcement rights and interests of armed police law and puts forward useful suggestions.
