士官教员在军事科目教学中语言技巧的运用与培养 被引量:2

摘要 士官教员作为院校军事科目教学力量的有力补充,在形象气质、组织指挥、动作示范等方面优势明显。但在授课中语言技巧的运用则略显不足,甚至直接影响到教学训练质量的提升。从语言表述的准确性和规范性,语言讲授的权威性和影响力,语言运用的多样性和艺术性,善用肢体语言及情感、激励性语言交流等方面,论述了士官教员在军事科目教学中语言技巧的运用与培养,将有效提高士官助教授课质量和水平。 As an essential supplement of the teaching force in military subjects in military a- cademies, sergeant instructors have obvious advantages in many aspects, such as image and temperament, organizational command, and action demonstration. However, in the process of teaching,application of language skills is slightly inadequate, which even may directly af- fect the promotion of quality of teaching and training. Regarding the accuracy and standardi- zation of language description, the authority and influence of language teaching, the diversi- ty and art of language application, as well as the use of body language and emotional, moti- vational verbal communication, this paper discusses and analyzes the application and cultiva- tion of language skills of sergeant instructors in the course of military subjects teaching, which will effectively improve the quality of teaching level.
