自抗扰控制技术在高低温环境模拟系统中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 高低温环境试验是检验产品可靠性、稳定性及工作性能的重要手段;在高低温环境模拟系统中,温度控制是整个系统的关键问题;系统要求测控温度范围较广、精度较高且不会超调;针对温控系统具有非线性、大惯性、纯滞后以及时变的特点,分析了传统PID固有的缺点和不足,提出了将自抗扰控制技术用于温控系统的方案;通过扩张状态观测器测出系统的状态和扰动,进而由非线性反馈组合输出,使系统能够在不同工况以及干扰条件下达到良好的控制效果;仿真及试验结果表明,该方法动态性能较好,超调量小,控制精度高,可为一类具有非线性、大惯性、时滞等特性的复杂工业过程提供控制参考。 High/low temperature experiment is a kind of important means of testing product reliability,stability and performance.Temperature control is the key to the system,which requests a wide range,high precision and less overshoot.Considering of temperature control system with nonlinear,big inertia,pure time-delay and time-varying characteristics,analyzing the traditional PID inherent shortcomings and the insufficiency,a new control methods based on active disturbance rejection controller(ADRC)is introduced.The status of the system and disturbance of the system is observed through extended state observer,and then output through the combination of nonlinear feedback.Simulation and experimental results show that the method has good dynamic performance,less overshoot,high control precision.A class of complex industrial process control systems which have nonlinear,big inertia;time-delay characteristic can be used as a reference.
