摘要
为了满足嵌入式工业控制系统终端显示的需要,提出了一种基于微处理器R1610和LCD控制器SSD1963的液晶显示模块的设计方法;详细阐述了硬件接口电路的设计和控制软件的编程,重点介绍了R1610、SSD1963以及TFT液晶屏AT070TN83之间的硬件连接方法,分析了SSD1963液晶控制的使用方法以及针对液晶屏显示时序的系统设置;进行了显示控制测试,通过该显示模块实现了图像在液晶屏上的显示;测试结果表明,硬件设计和控制软件设计能够满足显示要求,显示效果良好;文章提出的显示模块设计方法同样适用于其他液晶屏的显示控制,具有一定的应用前景和参考价值。
In order to meet the requirements of embedded industrial control system display,the design method of LCD module based on MCU R1610 and LCD controller SSD1963 is proposed.The design of hardware interface circuits and programming of control software is elaborated.The hardware connection method of R1610,SSD1963 and TFT LCD panel AT070TN83 is introduced.The application method of LCD controller SSD1963 and the system setting of LCD display time sequence is analyzed.The test of display control is carried out,and the graphics display on LCD is realized by the display module.The test result shows that the display requirements are satisfied by the design of hardware and control software,and the display effect good.The display module design method described in this paper is also suitable for other LCD display control,and has a certain application prospect and reference value.
