摘要
针对目前太赫兹光谱仪的数据采集和数据处理软件不能兼容的情况,设计了一个基于LabVIEW软件平台的THz时域光谱分析软件;利用LabVIEW图像化编程语言及模块化设计方法实现了THz时域光谱系统的反射式以及透射式样品光学信息提取算法、支持向量机分类算法、以及偏最小二乘等分析算法;该软件采用全LabVIEW代码,能够实现样品光学信息提取,物质分类识别以及多组分样品浓度分析,并且具有很高的移植性,可扩展性,与数据采集软件具有很好的兼容性;利用该软件,分析了3种塑化剂的THz时域光谱信号,得到了它们在THz波段的折射率和吸收系数,结果表明3种塑化剂可以用THz时域光谱完全区分,软件可用于基于THz光谱的物质定量定性分析中。
A THz time-domain spectrum analysis system is developed based on LabVIEW platform in order to deal with the issue that data processing software cannot be completely compatible with data acquisition software for present THz spectrographs.Using LabVIEW programming language and modular design method,the algorithms for extracting optical information of samples in transmission and reflection THz spectroscopy,support vector machine(SVM)classification algorithms,and PLS algorithm are realized.All the source code of the software is LabVIEW language,with the functions of extracting optical information,classifying substance and analyzing concentration of multicomponent mixture.Moreover,the software is of high portability,extensibility,and compatibility with data acquisition software.The THz time domain spectrum of three kinds of plasticizers is analyzed with this software.The obtained refractive index and absorption coefficients show that three kinds of plasticizers can be distinguished by their THz spectrum,and the software can be used for quantitative and qualitative analysis of substance based on THz spectrum.
