摘要
本文简要介绍了智慧城市全球大趋势和我国发展现状，借鉴了国外智慧城市的成功经验，认为发展智慧城市是提高新型城镇化水平的重要途径，城镇智慧化的着力．点在于产业提升和公共产品供给，其发展的策略在于因地制宜，找准定位，明确元素，合理布局，以电子政务为龙头，以行业智慧化应用为基础，走出城镇智慧化的理性节奏。
This paper briefly introduces the global trend of smart city and its current development in China. Smart city is an important way of new urbanization, the focus of which is industry upgrading and public products supply. According to the development experience abroad, the key of smart city in China is the accurate position and reasonable layout with the consideration of local conditions. It is a reasonable strategy to use electronic government as the leader, industrial intelligent application as the basis.
