传播才是造成我国结核病高耐药率的主要原因

Transmission is the main cause of high rate of drug-resistant tuberculosis in China

长期以来都认为由于治疗不当导致的获得性耐药是我国耐药结核病产生的主要原因。但我们的研究结果提示，由于传播导致的原发性耐药才是造成我国结核病高耐药率的主要原因。因此，发现传染源、阻断传播是目前耐药结核病控制的关键。

It has long been thought that acquired drug resistance due to improper treatment is the main cause of drug resistance of tuberculosis. However, our findings suggest that primary drug resistance attributed to trans- mission is the main cause of high resistance of tuberculosis in China. Therefore, novel strategies for aggressive case finding and blocking the transmission of drug resistance are urgent needed.
