摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂(APTES)和APTES改性柠檬酸整理棉织物。测定了不同工艺对棉织物折皱回复角、拉伸强力、撕破强力及垂直燃烧性能的影响。采用傅里叶红外光谱图研究改性机理,通过热重分析、扫描电镜研究阻燃效果。结果表明:硅烷偶联剂的氨基与柠檬酸的羧基反应生成酰胺键;改性柠檬酸整理的棉织物,折皱回复角明显提高,阴燃时间趋近于零。其初始分解温度降低,400—600℃下的残留量增加;整理后织物的燃烧残渣形态完整。
Functional finishing of cotton fabric for anti-wrinkle and flame retardant performances is car- ried out with silane coupling agent (APTES) and APTES modified citric acid respectively. The influence of modification process on the wrinkle recovery angle (WRA), tearing strength, tensile strength and flame retardant performance of cotton fabric are investigated. The modification mechanism is analyzed by the Fourier transform infrared spectra (Fl-IR). The flame retardant performance is studied by the thermal gravimetric analysis (TG), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results show that: the carboxyl group of amino silane coupling agent reacts with citric acid to form amide bond. The functional cotton fabric features significantly improved wrinkle recovery angle, almost zero duration of afterglow, decreased initial decomposition temperature and increased carbon residues at 400 - 600℃.
