Degreasing agent FW

涤纶及棉织物在染色前需进行除油前处理,探讨了除油剂FW质量浓度、纯碱质量浓度、处理温度对除油剂除油效果的影响。试验表明:当除油剂FW 2g/L,纯碱1.5 g/L,100℃处理30 min油污织物,可以达到较好的除油效果;除油剂FW与染色同浴使用时,对织物的色差影响较小。

Degreasing pretreatment of polyester and cotton fabrics before dyeing is carried out. The ef- fects of degreasing agent FW concentration, soda concentration and degreasing temperature on oil re- moval are discussed. The results show that good degreasing effect could be obtained under the condi- tion of degreasing agent FW 2 g/L, soda 1.5 g/L, degreasing at 100℃ for 30 min. In one-bath dyeing of fabric, degreasing agent FW has little effect on the shade. Compared with other commercial products, the degreasing agent FW has better performance.
